APPLICATION PROCESS

Friday, 4 September 2009: Applications open.

First round

Friday, 16 October 2009: Closing date for TAFE applications requiring submission of a folio.

Friday, 13 November 2009 : Closing date for all other TAFE applications. A $75 non-refundable application fee is payable after this date.

Wednesday, 9 December 2009: Closing date for late applications. A $75 non-refundable application fee applies. No late applications are accepted for courses requiring folios.

Second round

Friday, 15 January 2010: Second round TAFE applications close. A $75 non-refundable application fee applies. No late applications are accepted for courses requiring folios.

Offers

Wednesday, 20 January 2010: First round offers issued.

Thursday, 28 January 2010: First round offer acceptances due.

Monday, 1 February 2010: Second round offers issued.

Change of preferences

Friday, 16 October 2009: Changes allowed until this date.

Between Saturday, 17 October 2009 and Wednesday, 9 December 2009: Changes allowed except for qualifications that require a folio.

Between Thursday, 10 December 2009 and Friday, 15 January 2010: No new qualifications may be added, however for existing preferences it is possible to:-

• change the order of the preferences
• cancel preferences
• change the campus of an existing preference.

After Friday, 15 January 2010: No changes to existing preferences can be made.
